We take this information back to our office and come up with a job quotation. Once the quotation is approved we schedule a time for installation. We come in, install the equipment, and then do a full training session. We then back up all of our work with a full warranty. It's that simple!

5 step Process:

Step 1: Meet with the Home Owner
We set up a time that we can meet with you at the building site. The main purpose of this meeting is gain an understanding of the lifestyle and level of technical sophistication you are looking for in your new home. We do this by asking you what YOU want and offering suggestions, based on years of experience, to facilitate the process. We then walk through the home to determine locations for your televisions, phones, computers, vacuum outlets, etc. We use this information to develop a wiring plan and quotation for your review. The end result of this process is a completely unique plan that addresses all of your needs and a mutual understanding of the work that is to be done.

Step 2: We meet with your other contractors
We know that the best to way accomplish our work is through communication with all other parties involved. This is why we always meet with the home builder and electrical contractor and develop a strong working relationship. In cases where the home owners needs go beyond the ordinary we will work other contractors including architects, framers, and even interior designers.

Step 3: Rough In
During the rough construction phase of your home we install all necessary wiring as outlined in the wiring plan. This is an exciting time and we often end up changing and/or adding to the wiring plan as new ideas come up. This is also where our years of project management skills come into play.

Step 4: Finish Products Meeting
During the finish construction phase of your home we meet with you to discuss the products that we wired for. These products will be everything from a router for your computer network, to speakers for the distributed audio system if you so chose. We take all of the information from this meeting and develop a quotation for your review. Once a final decision has been made we order the products and schedule a date for final installation

Step 5: Installation and Education
We install the products in your home. Then we work with you to customize the systems we have installed. This customization includes everything right down to programming your favorite AM/FM stations. After the installation is complete we test all of the systems to ensure problem free operation. Once this process is complete we walk through all of the systems and give you a full education on all installed products. We also leave you with a comprehensive report outlining the operation of the components that helps to answer most basic questions. We back all of this up with full product warranties and no charge on return visits within 30 days of the installation completion date.

Structured Wiring:

Structured wiring is the most important step of the entire new home construction process. Simply put, structured wiring is a planned cabling system which systematically lays out the wiring and wire management necessary for communications; including voice, data, and video. More specifically, structured wiring is the process of analyzing current technology trends, possible future technologies, and home owner's expectations to come up with a wiring solution that will allow them to live with, and expand their home into the future. Some of the technologies that we focus on include high definition cable or satellite, phone and internet systems, distributed audio systems, camera systems, door fon stations, networked media servers, and even centrally distributed high definition video. The end result of a properly designed structured wiring implementation is the joy of sitting in any room, patio, porch, or garage listening to the radio, XM satellite radio, your I Pod, CD's, or media server while checking your email and letting someone in front door via your cordless touchtone phone. All of these features and more are discussed during our comprehensive 5 step process to ensure that you get exactly what you want when and where you want it. Central Vacuum Systems:

Central vacuum systems have gone from a luxury item to standard equipment for today's home owners. The EPA now estimates that air within the home can be up to 70 times more hazardous than air outside the home. Today's central vacuum systems feature exhaust systems that exit outside the home, greatly reducing the amount of allergens and other in your new home. Some other key features of central vacuum systems include quiet operation, improved ergonomics over using a standard handheld, a washable filter for years of trouble free performance, floorboard "sweep in" outlets for hardwood floors and kitchens, and greater overall vacuum power for cleaner carpets. All of this combined with high reliability and reasonable prices have made the decision to implement a central vacuum system all but a no brainer for anyone building a home.

The central vacuum cleaner is one of the most important tools for expelling pollutants, including harmful allergens such as dust mites and their minute droppings. Regular thorough cleaning of carpets, mattresses, upholstered furniture, curtains and drapery will reduce the dust mite allergens in your home. To prevent the recirculation of harmful, microscopic particles, the central vacuum cleaner should be vented outside the home.

The agitation and air flow created by your vacuum's power head or attachment to clean you surfaces causes a huge number of minute dust mite dropping to be drawn into it. The key is to prevent their reentry into the living environment in smaller, more dangerous forms. Bags and filters have some effect, better when these devices are new and clean, but they do not come close to matching the effectiveness of an externally vented central vacuum cleaner.
